DEPOSIT
Deposit is required to secure the date/time for the event. The deposit will be applied toward the final amount. Sales tax for credit card payments will be added to the final amount. Deposit requirement based on group size.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations that are made at least one week prior to the scheduled date will be given a one-time reschedule opportunity. New booking date must be within 90 days of the original booking date. If an event is canceled, the customer is not entitled to a refund of any security deposit paid.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
If the event needs to be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the control of either party, the event organizer will work with the customer to reschedule the event for a mutually agreed-upon date within 90 days of the original booking date.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Should the weather become unsafe or inhospitable for the event, either Copper Brim or the customer may provide notice to the other party that the event will be postponed to a later date. If the customer or Copper Brim is providing Notice of Postponement, such notice must occur at least four hours in advance of arrival time for the event, or a reschedule is not guaranteed. If an event is postponed, the customer is not entitled to a refund of any amounts paid but is permitted to reschedule the event within 90 days of the original booking date.
FORCE MAJEURE
If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of either party, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism or government regulations, neither party will be held liable for damages or losses resulting from the cancellation.
All sales are final. Because our hats are customized they are not available for return or refund.
